How much is shipping in the US?

WE’VE UPDATED OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We now offer free domestic shipping to all USPS and UPS orders!!
International shipping is USPS Global express and we offer one low flat fee of $35 on all international orders.
All products will be shipped in the quickest fashion to get your glasses to you so that you can enjoy them right away.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are offering one low flat fee of $35 on all international rush orders.
For International orders we will declare 1/2 the value for all packages.

USPS Global Express Guaranteed - offers date-certain delivery in 1-3 business days after leaving LeeLeeLu.com to more than 190 countries worldwide.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from LeeLeeLu.com , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to LeeLeeLu.com . This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return policy?

• We have a 15 Day return policy from the date the item shipped.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A returned item will also be charged a 10% restocking fee and the cost of our initial shipping method.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within our provided time frame, if you find that you are not satisfied with your item. Your account will be credited accordingly. We will credit the value of your item purchased onto your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 15 day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after we SHIPPED the item, not 15 days from the day the item was received. All Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

Please contact us at sales@LeeLeeLu.com to inform us of your intentions. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.

It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance on the item shipped to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages for a item you are intending to return. We will not accept items past this time period. No "store credit" will be given. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. This also means we do NOT accept cash, money orders or personal checks. When we do accept any new methods of payment, we will notify our users.

Are all your items in stock when I place my order?

Items are only displayed on our site if they are in stock. Just click the "Add To Bag" button and this will put the item in your shopping bag.

Should the item you've selected suddenly become unavailable before you checkout, our site will display a message clearly stating that before you complete the transaction. Should for any unforeseen reason the item you purchased be determined to be unavailable, we will notify you and credit your card if necessary.

What happens if I can't remember my password?

During the login process you will be given the option to retrieve your password. You will receive an immediate email response to the address you registered with that includes your password.
