The Fine Print
- We have a 15 Day return policy from the date the item shipped.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A returned item will also be charged a 10% restocking fee and the cost of our initial shipping method.
- For International orders we will declare 1/2 the value for all packages.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from LeeLeeLu.com , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to LeeLeeLu.com . This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within our provided time frame, if you find that you are not satisfied with your item. Your account will be credited accordingly. We will credit the value of your item purchased onto your account. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders have a 15 day return/exchange policy. The return/exchange must be date stamped 15 days after we SHIPPED the item, not 15 days from the day the item was received. All Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Please contact us at sales@LeeLeeLu.com to inform us of your intentions. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance on the item shipped to us, as we are not responsible for lost packages for a item you are intending to return. We will not accept items past this time period. No "store credit" will be given. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
